A lot of the newer builds up in Smith Creek and Tallus Ridge come with the tall basements and bonus rooms a simulator wants, and the lakeview homes down the hill are built for entertaining. Either way, the Okanagan course season closes from roughly November to March — a dedicated bay keeps your swing alive through the winter and turns the room into the spot everyone ends up on a Friday night.
